data-start=\"1037\" data-end=\"1263\">Ama\u00e7 net: 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar <strong data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1112\">k\u00fcresel yapay zek\u00e2 ekonomisinde ilk 20 \u00fclke<\/strong> aras\u0131na girmek.<br data-start=\"1128\" data-end=\"1131\" \/>Ayr\u0131ca her iki \u00fclke, teknoloji \u00fcretiminde ortak standartlar olu\u015fturmay\u0131 planl\u0131yor.<br data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1216\" \/>Bu ad\u0131m, b\u00f6lgesel inovasyon g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc art\u0131racak.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1270\" data-end=\"1305\"><strong data-start=\"1274\" data-end=\"1305\">\u0130\u015f Birli\u011finin Ana Hedefleri<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1603\">Protokol, <strong data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1338\">bilgi payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1361\">AR-GE projelerini<\/strong> ve <strong data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1389\">e\u011fitim programlar\u0131n\u0131<\/strong> kaps\u0131yor.<br data-start=\"1399\" data-end=\"1402\" \/>Ayr\u0131ca etik standartlar, veri g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve vatanda\u015f haklar\u0131 da \u00f6ncelikli konular aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<br data-start=\"1503\" data-end=\"1506\" \/>Bu nedenle i\u015f birli\u011fi, hem insan odakl\u0131 hem de s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir teknoloji modeli olu\u015fturacak.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1830\">\u00dcniversiteler ve giri\u015fimler bu s\u00fcrece aktif bi\u00e7imde kat\u0131lacak.<br data-start=\"1667\" data-end=\"1670\" \/>B\u00f6ylece gen\u00e7 yetenekler, yapay zek\u00e2 temelli projelerde uluslararas\u0131 deneyim kazanacak.<br data-start=\"1756\" data-end=\"1759\" \/>AIPA ve C4IR ekipleri, ortak bir inovasyon a\u011f\u0131 kurmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1837\" data-end=\"1874\"><strong data-start=\"1841\" data-end=\"1874\">K\u00fcresel Vizyon ve Ortak Hedef<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1876\" data-end=\"2138\">T\u00fcrkiye ve Azerbaycan, bu protokol sayesinde <strong data-start=\"1921\" data-end=\"1957\">AI politikalar\u0131nda ortak hareket<\/strong> edecek.<br data-start=\"1965\" data-end=\"1968\" \/>Uzmanlar, anla\u015fmay\u0131 iki \u00fclke i\u00e7in tarihi bir ad\u0131m olarak yorumluyor.<br data-start=\"2036\" data-end=\"2039\" \/>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc yapay zek\u00e2 art\u0131k sadece teknoloji de\u011fil, <strong data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2122\">ekonomik ve stratejik g\u00fc\u00e7 unsuru<\/strong> haline geldi.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2140\" data-end=\"2393\">AIPA Ba\u015fkan\u0131, \u201cBu protokol, etik ve \u015feffaf AI y\u00f6netimi i\u00e7in \u00f6rnek te\u015fkil edecek\u201d dedi.<br data-start=\"2226\" data-end=\"2229\" \/>C4IR y\u00f6neticileri ise anla\u015fman\u0131n b\u00f6lgesel inovasyonu h\u0131zland\u0131raca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<br data-start=\"2308\" data-end=\"2311\" \/>Ayr\u0131ca taraflar, bu i\u015f birli\u011fini 2026\u2019da yeni sekt\u00f6rlere geni\u015fletmeyi planl\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2400\" data-end=\"2431\"><strong
